Job Description
We are seeking a Content Analyst to support a growing Digital Marketplace portfolio that includes products such as Auto Checkmate, and Control Tower. This role will be responsible for centralizing, structuring, and articulating product content that currently exists across disparate sources—including PowerPoint decks, SharePoint sites, and institutional knowledge held by Product Managers and product owners.
The ideal candidate has a strong marketing and storytelling background, can engage directly with stakeholders to extract product knowledge, and translate complex product concepts into clear, consumable digital content. This individual will play a critical role in shaping how products are understood and consumed within the digital marketplace.
Key Responsibilities
Gather and synthesize product content from multiple sources, including:
PowerPoint presentations
SharePoint repositories
Direct conversations with Product Managers and product owners
Work closely with stakeholders to elicit undocumented product knowledge and convert it into structured, high-quality content
Translate technical or operational product details into clear, marketing‑oriented narratives
Compile, organize, and publish product content into a Content Management System (CMS)
CMS experience is a plus; training will be provided if needed
Apply a consistent marketing voice, personality, and positioning across all product content
Ensure content is accurate, organized, and aligned with the digital marketplace vision
Maintain and update product content as offerings evolve
Act as a bridge between product, marketing, and business stakeholders

Required Skills & Experience
Strong background in marketing, content strategy, or product marketing
Demonstrated ability to translate complex products into clear, compelling content
Experience sourcing information from unstructured or decentralized sources
Comfortable engaging directly with stakeholders to extract and validate product knowledge
Proficiency with Microsoft Office
Excellent written and verbal communication skills
Highly organized with strong attention to detail
Ability to work remotely and manage work independently
