Job Description
We are seeking a strong, Product Manager to join the team and support ongoing digital transformation initiatives for a contract to hire engagement. Someone who deeply cares about user experience, values early validation, and thrives in environments with strong stakeholder interaction. The successful candidate will own the product roadmap, prioritizing initiatives based on business value, market trends, while maintaining a balance UX thinking, business understanding, and delivery collaboration to drive meaningful product outcomes. This role will be hybrid due to collaborate with engineering, design, marketing, and other teams to support successful development, launch, and ongoing optimization. The ideal candidate brings more than just customer‑facing application experience and has a strong background working on internal, enterprise platforms that support the organization with a go getter personality and eager to learn.

Required Skills & Experience
• 3+ years of Product Management/Ownership of digital products
• Developing and maintaining comprehensive product roadmaps
• User experience expertise including User interviews and discovery, UX collaboration and prototyping, Validation of solutions prior to development and build
• Strong stakeholder management skills with the ability to work heavily with business partners to define the IT product strategy alignment
Solid understanding of SDLC processes, specifically Agile methodologies
Nice to Have Skills & Experience
Experience integrating with salesforce and legacy systems
