Role Overview
The Warehouse Logistics Coordinator supports daily warehouse operations to ensure efficient inventory control, accurate order fulfillment, and smooth inbound and outbound logistics. This role works closely with warehouse staff, management, logistics partners, and vendors while maintaining high safety, quality, and process standards in line with the client's guidelines.
Key Responsibilities
• Coordinate inbound and outbound shipments, including loading and unloading
• Inspect incoming materials for accuracy and quality
• Prepare and verify shipping documentation (BOLs, packing lists, labels)
• Oversee picking, packing, staging, and replenishment activities
• Organize and maintain warehouse layout for efficiency and safety
• Schedule deliveries, pickups, and carrier appointments
• Follow established procedures, timelines, and work instructions
• Ensure compliance with company policies, OSHA regulations, and safety standards
• Maintain a clean, safe, and organized warehouse environment

Required Skills & Experience
• High school diploma or equivalent
• 3–5 years of experience in warehouse logistics, inventory control, or related roles
• Knowledge of warehouse safety procedures and OSHA standards
• Ability to follow processes, schedules, and supervisor direction
• Strong teamwork and communication skills
• Basic computer skills (Microsoft applications)
Nice to Have Skills & Experience
• Bachelor’s degree in logistics, supply chain, or a related field
• Advanced computer skills
• Prior supervisory or lead experience in a warehouse environment
• Forklift operation experience
