Job Description

Role Overview
The Warehouse Laborer supports daily warehouse operations by handling materials, receiving and preparing shipments, and maintaining a clean, safe, and organized work environment. This role is critical to ensuring efficient workflow, accurate order fulfillment, and compliance with safety and quality standards. Success in this role requires teamwork, reliability, and the ability to follow established processes and instructions.

Key Responsibilities
• Load and unload trucks and sea containers
• Receive incoming deliveries, verify accuracy, and report discrepancies
• Prepare outgoing shipments, including labeling, packaging, palletizing, and staging
• Pick and pack materials according to work orders or pick lists
• Open crates and build wooden crates as required
• Follow established warehouse processes, schedules, and procedures
• Maintain clean, organized, and hazard-free work areas
• Dispose of debris, wood, shrink wrap, and other waste properly
• Operate tools and material-handling equipment safely
• Follow all warehouse safety procedures and company policies

Required Skills & Experience

• High school diploma or equivalent, or 3–5 years of relevant work experience
• Hands-on mechanical or warehouse experience
• Forklift and/or pallet jack certification
• Ability to lift 40–75 lbs regularly
• Ability to stand, walk, and perform physical tasks for extended periods
• Comfortable working with electrical equipment
○ Using electric saws, drills, nail guns, electric hand tools
• Basic reading and math skills
• Strong teamwork skills and ability to follow instructions
• Strong work ethic, reliability, and punctuality

Nice to Have Skills & Experience

• Strong computer skills
• Associates or Bachelor's degree
