Job Description
The IAM Infrastructure Security Engineer supports and enhances enterprise Windows and identity infrastructure with a focus on Hyper V, System Center, and automation. This role partners with engineering teams to deliver secure, reliable, and well documented infrastructure solutions that support both strategic initiatives and BAU operations.
•Engineer, secure, and maintain Hyper V and Windows Server infrastructure
•Administer and optimize System Center tools for monitoring, configuration, and compliance
•Build and maintain PowerShell automation to improve reliability, security, and efficiency
•Troubleshoot and resolve infrastructure and identity related issues across environments
•Collaborate with peers and tech leads to design and deliver scalable, supportable solutions

Required Skills & Experience
•Strong experience supporting Hyper V and Windows Server environments
•Hands-on expertise with the Microsoft System Center suite (SCOM/SCCM)
•Advanced PowerShell scripting and automation for infrastructure and operations
•Proven ability to troubleshoot complex Windows and infrastructure issues in enterprise environments
Nice to Have Skills & Experience
•Experience with Active Directory Domain Services (AD DS) and Tier Zero platforms
•Familiarity with Azure Monitoring, Azure Arc, or hybrid environments
•Exposure to Infrastructure or Configuration as Code tools
