Job Description
Insight Global is hiring a Data Asset Project Manager to oversee the end‑to‑end delivery of data asset initiatives within the pharmaceutical supply chain domain, owning project planning, milestone tracking, and status reporting. As the Project Lead, you will be responsible for facilitating communication across a core delivery team of approximately eight members, while driving alignment between business use cases and technical execution. You will partner closely with technical leads to understand data ingestion, transformation, and data asset creation, and will oversee the delivery of data assets that support KPI reporting, dashboards, and performance management use cases. You will provide regular status updates, identify risks and mitigation plans, and prepare executive‑level summaries and progress updates for leadership stakeholders. The role also ensures a strong focus on data quality, consistency, and readiness for consumption.

Required Skills & Experience
- 5+ years of experience as a project manager or project lead leading data‑focused projects end to end.
- Strong understanding of data asset creation, data transformation, and data lifecycle concepts.
- Ability to lead project execution, including status reporting, milestone tracking, and risk/dependency management.
- Strong experience delivering data assets that support business use cases, including KPI reporting, dashboards, and analytics solutions.
- Experience working within Azure‑based data ecosystems, including Azure Data Factory and Databricks.
- Strong communication skills with the ability to engage effectively with both technical and business stakeholders.
Nice to Have Skills & Experience
- Experience working with data catalogs and data quality frameworks.
- Prior exposure to pharmaceutical supply chain data environments.
Experience supporting long‑running, large‑scale enterprise programs.
