Job Description
Insight Global's retail client is seeking a hands‑on Manager or Senior Manager of Influencer Operations to support execution across their social commerce platform, enabling creators to monetize content by linking the client's products. This role sits on the team working directly with creators and influencers and will focus on onboarding creators, helping them make their first sale, activating them in campaigns, and managing the full creator lifecycle from casting and content review through performance reporting.

Required Skills & Experience
• 5–7 years of experience (Senior Manager level may consider 3–5 years with strong hands-on execution)
• Proven experience running influencer or creator-led campaigns end to end
• Background on the brand or platform side (not agency-only)
• Experience working with:
○ Influencer / affiliate platforms (e.g., LTK, YouTube Shopping)
○ Performance-based creator programs
Strong operational mindset with the ability to execute, not just strategize
