Job Description

Insight Global is looking for three Veeva Vault Regulatory (RIM) Architect for one of our Life Sciences clients. This role involves leading Regulatory Vault projects, driving architectural decisions, and integrating Vault with surrounding systems within the enterprise ecosystem. The architect will collaborate with cross‑functional teams to gather requirements, implement scalable configurations, and ensure compliance with GxP and validation standards. They will support release management, troubleshoot issues, and maintain comprehensive documentation throughout the solution lifecycle. This role requires someone from a Veeva managed services–type background who can both architect solutions and execute hands‑on configuration.

Required Skills & Experience

10–12 years of experience in Life Sciences or Healthcare
Minimum 5 years of hands‑on Veeva Vault configuration, with strong experience in Vault Regulatory
Deep understanding of Vault regulatory architecture and integrations with external applications
Proven ability to design solutions, define system boundaries, and guide what is or isn’t feasible in Vault
Strong knowledge of GxP, validation processes, and release management
Experience running Regulatory Vault projects end‑to‑end.
Strong communication and stakeholder‑management skills.
Experience with Jira and ALM tools.
Veeva Vault Admin Certification.
Solid understanding of Azure cloud services.

Nice to Have Skills & Experience

Familiarity with Python, JavaScript, or Shell scripting
Exposure to DevOps practices and CI/CD pipelines
Experience working in Veeva managed services or similar solution‑ownership environments
Background in designing customizations and functionality within acceptable platform boundaries
