Insight Global is looking for three Veeva Vault Safety / Regulatory Configuration Specialists for one of Life Sciences clients. This role is responsible for configuring and enhancing Veeva Vault Safety and Regulatory systems to support the rollout of a new safety-suite vertical and the organization’s digital transformation initiatives. This role requires strong hands‑on experience implementing Vault configuration changes in alignment with business, regulatory, and GxP requirements. The specialist will collaborate closely with cross‑functional teams to refine requirements, manage releases, and ensure validated, compliant system performance. They will also support issue resolution, maintain configuration documentation, and contribute to end‑to‑end product labeling modernization.

Required Skills & Experience
4+ years of hands‑on Veeva Vault configuration experience, preferably within Vault Safety or RIM domain
Solid understanding of GxP compliance, validation processes, and release management
Experience supporting configuration, enhancements, and UAT for Veeva Safety and Regulatory systems
Experience with Jira and ALM tools
Veeva Vault Admin Certification
Nice to Have Skills & Experience
Basic knowledge of Azure cloud services
Experience with Python, JavaScript, or Shell scripting
Exposure to DevOps practices and CI/CD pipelines
Experience supporting digital transformation initiatives, especially in end‑to‑end product labeling
