Insight Global is looking for a technical Project Manager to join the Consulting Services Organization for one of their largest Telecom customers. A Project Manager in this role will oversee end‑to‑end technical project execution within an IT-focused & networking environment, managing a learning curve around internal systems while serving as a primary customer-facing point of contact. This individual will coordinate closely with clients and a third‑party staging facility to track project and shipment statuses, ensure devices are prepared for staging, and collaborate with hands‑on third‑party engineers for updates, scheduling, and task alignment—allowing the customer to remain as hands off as possible. The ideal candidate is a proactive, technically inclined PM who excels at early risk identification, communicates clearly and frequently, and drives progress with a high level of ownership and initiative.

Required Skills & Experience
-Well-versed project management experience in large & complex environments
-Experience in a technical environment, ideally in the networking space
-Experience in a customer-facing role
-Strong experience managing schedules, tracking project status/deliverables, and identifying risks.
-Proven ability to work in a fast-paced environment both collaboratively, as well as independently
Nice to Have Skills & Experience
-PMP Certification (highly preferred)
