Job Description
• Dashboard Development: Design, test, automate, and launch new dashboards and reporting solutions using Looker and ThoughtSpot to visualize key performance metrics.
• Data Transformation (ETL): Extract, clean, and transform data from various sources using complex SQL queries and ETL processes to support reporting needs.
• Data Modeling: Develop and maintain data models, including using LookML coding for Looker, to ensure scalable BI solutions.
• Performance Optimization: Optimize dashboard performance and underlying SQL queries to enhance the user experience.
• Data Quality: Implement data quality checks and validation procedures to ensure accuracy and consistency in all reports.
• Collaboration: Partner with data engineering and business teams to translate business objectives into effective BI solutions.

Required Skills & Experience
• Experience: Proven experience as a BI Developer or Analyst with a focus on building dashboards.
• BI Tool Proficiency: Hands-on experience with Looker (including LookML development) and ThoughtSpot.
• Technical Skills: Advanced SQL skills for data extraction and analysis, along with experience in ETL tools and processes.
• Problem-Solving: Strong analytical abilities with high attention to detail.
• Communication: Excellent verbal and written skills to communicate technical concepts to business stakeholders.
• Leadership - Ability to work and make decisions independently in large cross-functional team environment
• Education: A bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Mathematics, or a related field is typically required.
Nice to Have Skills & Experience
• Relevant professional certifications in Looker or ThoughtSpot.
• Familiarity with Agile development methodologies.
