Job Description
We are looking for skilled L1/L2 Support Engineers to provide technical support and ensure the stability, performance, and security of our Unix and Windows based systems. This role involves monitoring, troubleshooting, and resolving issues across container orchestration, networking, observability, databases, and caching layers. Candidates should have strong knowledge of Linux and Python scripting for automation.

Required Skills & Experience
• Incident Management: Monitor system health and application performance using Grafana and Prometheus; respond to alerts and resolve issues promptly.
• Container Orchestration: Support and maintain OpenShift clusters, deployments, and configurations.
• Networking & Web Servers: Configure and troubleshoot NGINX, Gunicorn, and Uvicorn for optimal performance.
• Database Administration: Perform health checks, tuning, and troubleshooting for PostgreSQL, Cassandra, and MongoDB.
• Caching Layer: Manage and optimize Redis for high-performance caching.
• Automation & Scripting: Develop scripts in Python for operational tasks and automation.
• Linux Administration: Ensure Linux-based systems are secure, optimized, and compliant.
• Collaboration: Work closely with development and infrastructure teams to resolve complex issues and implement improvements.
• Documentation: Maintain detailed records of incidents, resolutions, and system changes.
