Job Description

A Scrum Master at Fiserv is a strong, self‑driven leader who can confidently manage projects end‑to‑end while overseeing all aspects of the board. They plan releases and coordinate the next two to three sprints, ensuring the team follows Agile methodologies and delivers on a fast, every‑other‑week sprint cycle. This person moves quickly across environments, allocates resources effectively, and leads meetings with ease—capturing requirements and helping the team overcome challenges. Eager to learn and naturally proactive, they act as a true go‑getter who keeps the team aligned, supported, and moving forward.
