Job Description

Insight Global is looking for an AI Enterprise Architect to sit remote but work EST hours and travel occasionally to Camden, NJ. The architect will be joining the Enterprise Architecture and Digital Solutions Team. They will be responsible for leading the development and execution of the company’s AI strategy across people, process, technology, and data. This role is responsible for designing scalable AI architectures, enabling agentic AI capabilities, and ensuring governance and integration across enterprise systems. When starting this architect will come in, understand the current landscape (copilot is currently deployed) but they are looking how to integrate it and tie it into other platforms and the best way to go about this. In the beginning this architect will work to build relationships, and work to build the strategy. After 1 month they should be able to do an assessment, best practices, and guidelines and by 90 days they should have a foundation of logistical pattern to start creating a road map.
Some activities this architect will be conducting are defining and implement an enterprise-wide AI strategy aligned with business objectives, developing reference and target architectures for AI solutions across data, technology, and process layers. They will also drive adoption of agentic AI and orchestrated AI agents for business automation and decision-making and design and implement AI platforms leveraging Databricks, Copilot, and other enterprise-grade tools. This role will establish composable integration and orchestration patterns for AI agents with ERP, CRM, and supply chain systems and ensure scalability, security, and compliance in AI deployments. Lastly, they will define data governance frameworks for AI, including ethical AI principles, sustainability and regulatory compliance and collaborate with data engineering teams to ensure high-quality, accessible data for AI models. Pay is around 90-95/hr.

Required Skills & Experience

- 10+ years’ experience as an enterprise architecture
- 5+ years of recent in AI/ML solution design.
- Strong recent experience in Databricks for data engineering and AI model deployment.
- Recent experience with generative platforms including Copilot and agent-based AI solutions.
- Expertise in agent orchestration frameworks, protocols, and integration patterns.
- Knowledge of AI governance, compliance, and ethical AI principles.
- Expertise in cloud platforms (Azure, AWS, or GCP) and modern integration technologies.
