Insight Global is seeking a Rust Developer to join L3Harris’ C5 division building mission‑critical, high‑reliability software that powers secure, real‑time communications and command systems for defense programs. You’ll design and implement performant, memory‑safe services and embedded components in Rust, integrating with existing C/C++ codebases and hardware interfaces, while adhering to rigorous security and compliance standards.

Required Skills & Experience
-Active Secret clearance
-3–8+ years of professional software engineering experience, including 2+ years coding in Rust on production systems.
-Strong command of Rust fundamentals: ownership/borrowing, lifetimes, traits/generics, async, error handling, and concurrency.
