Job Description
Insight Global's partner in the Healthcare Technology space is searching for a Remote Change Management Analyst to join their team for a 6-Month Contract, with possible extension. This role involves monitoring time tracking compliance on a daily and weekly basis, analyzing trends, and identifying gaps in adherence. The analyst will determine what training or guidance is needed for employees who are not tracking time and for managers who are not approving timesheets, ensuring they understand their responsibilities. Additionally, the position focuses on delivering strategic initiatives by drafting communications, creating PowerPoint presentations, and supporting the implementation of organizational strategies. Strong knowledge of organizational psychology will help in driving behavioral change and fostering adoption. The ideal candidate will be proactive in creating clear, engaging materials and collaborating with stakeholders to execute change effectively.

Required Skills & Experience
Experience:
- At least 1 year of experience (or internships/projects) in change management, organizational development, or related programs (e.g., stakeholder engagement, training support, readiness activities).
Skills & Tools:
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills; ability to work with leadership and stakeholders.
- Ability to create clear documentation and simple visualizations for different audiences.
- Detail-oriented with strong organizational skills and adaptability.
- Ability to work independently while contributing to team goals.
- Proactive mindset with a focus on problem-solving and continuous improvement.
