Job Description

A client of Insight Global’s is looking for a Product Manager in Camden, NJ. You will lead the development and execution of product strategies that drive operational excellence and system optimization. Reporting directly to the Director of IT applications, you’ll own the vision and strategy for key research-related products, including the Clinical Trial Management System (CTMS), Epic Research Module, and Pre-award solutions. Your day will involve collaborating with business stakeholders, architects, and analysts to translate strategic objectives into actionable roadmaps, prioritize backlog items, and guide Agile teams through delivery. You’ll provide leadership through influence, working closely with research and medical informatics teams to ensure solutions meet clinical trial and research requirements. This role emphasizes entrepreneurial thinking, independent problem-solving, and fostering collaboration across cross-functional teams to advance organizational priorities. This role is about leading the strategy for research-related technology systems. I’d be working with stakeholders and technical teams to plan improvements, prioritize work, and make sure projects align with organizational goals.

Required Skills & Experience

3-5 Years of Experience
Knowledgeable in research
High School/GED required. Bachelor's degree preferred.
Professional Licensure (such as R.N.) in lieu of bachelor's degree
Industry-specific certification(s) that align with job-related responsibilities in lieu of bachelor's degree.
Understanding in EPIC
Willingness to go on-site when needed for projects
