Job Description
Insight Global is hiring two Oracle Fusion Developers for one of its top clients in the energy industry. In this role, you will be responsible for the long-term implementation, development, and maintenance of Oracle Fusion Cloud platforms, primarily ERP Cloud with secondary involvement in HCM Cloud. Daily responsibilities include configuring, enhancing, and debugging applications, developing new features, and managing integrations using Oracle Integration Cloud (OIC). You will design and deploy complex solutions, build integrations between Oracle Cloud and legacy systems, and work extensively with REST APIs, FAST APIs, PL/SQL, and Fusion tools such as VBCS, FBDI, ADFDI, OTBI, and BICC. Additional tasks include creating and documenting RICEW objects, customizing Fusion pages, executing data migrations, and developing reports using BI methodologies. The role also involves handling defect remediation, ticket resolution, and feature development while maintaining technical documentation such as BRDs and design specifications.

Required Skills & Experience
- 4–5 years of hands-on experience with Oracle Fusion Cloud, including platform maintenance, configuration, enhancement, and implementation (OIC).
- Strong industry knowledge in Oracle HCM.
- Strong skills in designing, developing, and deploying Oracle Cloud SaaS solutions.
- Proficiency in REST APIs, FAST APIs, PL/SQL, and Fusion APIs.
- Hands-on experience with VBCS, SOAP/REST services, ATP Database, and OIC adapters for integration development.
- Experience with ESS Jobs, Flex Fields (DFF, EFF, KFF), lookups, and value sets.
Experience with Oracle Fusion reporting methods and tools (FBDI, ADFDI, BIP, OTBI, and BICC).
