Job Description
• Partner with product owners, tech leads, and vendors to deliver Salesforce-based solutions
• Lead end-to-end development: design, code, test, debug, and document complex applications
• Maintain technical documentation and support production releases in an Agile environment
• Provide daily user support, troubleshoot issues, and perform root cause analysis
• Stay current with Salesforce trends to drive platform efficiency
• Act as SME for Salesforce, Marketing Cloud, and related technologies
• Write unit and integration tests; resolve QA and product support issues
• Mentor peers and contribute to continuous learning and innovation

Required Skills & Experience
• Bachelor’s in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field
• 5–7+ years of Salesforce development (Apex, Lightning, APIs, batch jobs)
• Deep knowledge of Salesforce CRM, Financial Services Cloud, Service/Sales Cloud
• Experience with AWS integrations, REST APIs, Spring Boot, and event streaming
• Familiarity with security protocols (OAuth 2.0, SAML, SSL, etc.)
• Strong problem-solving, communication, and collaboration skills
• Agile and Test-Driven Development (TDD) experience
