Job Description
Insight Global is seeking to hire a Product Designer with a with a concentration in Generative AI and mobile app experience. Candidates will be supporting a consumer facing mobile application. Candidates need to be local to NJ or NYC, to work in a hybrid model. Candidates will be joining a Home Application team that supports different portfolios within the customer facing application. The role will be focused on concepting new features and ideating around Gen AI within the application and design process.
In this role candidates will work with a Principal Designer and be aligned to a track of work to help own the end to end design process and design concepting for new features related to Gen AI. Candidates should be comfortable with ambiguity and taking initiative.

Required Skills & Experience
6+ years of experience in a Product Design/ UX/UI role
Hands on experience designing Gen AI experiences
Strong experience with Figma
Strategic in design thought and ability to conceptualize design ideas
Excellent design process skills, end to end delivery
Quick prototyping skills
Experience working within an enterprise design system
Good communication and presentation skills to create decks to present to stakeholders for product presentations
Nice to Have Skills & Experience
Vibe coding
IoT or HCI/HMI experiences
