Job Description
HCIT Application Specialist is responsible for delivering implementation and training to customers on the use of the EXA / Opal Platform. Additionally, this position is responsible for checking the system for readiness for training and developing a workflow with the customer. Provides end user application training, technical support, provide problem-solving support, and work closely with sales, marketing, and field service teams.

Required Skills & Experience
College degree and /or 4 years experience in a related area:
• Prior knowledge/experience working with medical software such as PACS or RIS
• Prior radiology experience
• Familiarity with the Medical Imaging Workflow
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills, and ability to interact with a variety of customers in a professional manner
• Strong problem solving and analytical skills
• Must have valid driver’s license and reliable vehicle.
