Payroll Tax Analyst

Insight Global is seeking a Payroll Tax Analyst with to urgently address a backlog of 100+ payroll tax notices spanning multiple years and jurisdictions. This role will support the resolution of federal, state, and local tax issues using ADP Vantage and SmartCompliance, and manage direct communications with tax agencies. Timely action is critical to mitigate growing penalties and interest. The ideal candidate will be detail-oriented, proactive, and experienced in multi-state payroll tax compliance.

•3-5 Years of Payroll Tax Experience
•Experience with ADP Vantage and ADP Smart Compliance systems
•Working knowledge of UKG payroll system
•Experience with federal, state, and local payroll tax regulations
•Experience preparing and submitting Power of Attorney (POA) documents
•Proficiency in Microsoft Excel for tracking and reporting case details
•Ability to work independently and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment

•Familiarity with ADP Vantage and UKG systems
•Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
•Ability to manage multiple cases and deadlines independently
