Job Description
We are looking for a highly organized and proactive Project Coordinator to support the Enterprise Program Management (EPM) team with a variety of administrative responsibilities, with a strong emphasis on documentation. This individual will work closely with the Business Systems Analysts (BSAs), participating in meetings, capturing and distributing meeting minutes, preparing weekly status reports, monitoring the program inbox for incoming project requests, and ensuring timely updates to relevant reports and documentation. Onsite 3 days a week in Camden NJ - Monday, Tuesday and Thursday.

Required Skills & Experience
3+ years of experience as a Project Coordinator or in a similar support role.
Proven experience updating and managing documentation across multiple projects.
Strong proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Outlook, Word, Excel) and SharePoint.
Excellent follow-up and organizational skills.
Ability to work in a fast-paced, meeting-heavy environment.
Nice to Have Skills & Experience
Familiarity with Jira, Confluence, and Monday.com.
