Job Description

A large home healthcare company is hiring a Customer Service Agent to join its five-person Information Services administrative team. This individual will handle over 100 daily incoming calls from clinical staff, triaging each to the appropriate team based on the issue. The role demands white glove service—gathering detailed information and documenting issues thoroughly to ensure smooth resolution. Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and daily use of Zoom is required. This is primarily a remote position, so candidates must be able to maintain focus and productivity in a work-from-home environment, with a reliable internet connection and a quiet, dedicated workspace. While not mandatory, candidates local to the Pennsauken area may occasionally work in the office.

Required Skills & Experience

1+ years of customer service experience - answering incoming calls
Experience documenting information/issues related to a call
Outgoing personality and multitasker - must have experience answering phones while checking emails, chat lines, etc.
Experience using Teams, Zoom, Outlook, MS Suite, etc.
4-year degree

Nice to Have Skills & Experience

Experience working in food industry
Experience using Excel and tracking team metrics
Desire to be heavily involved in team activities/ events
