Job Description

We are seeking a seasoned Facilities Engineering & Maintenance Manager to lead maintenance operations at our manufacturing site. This role is responsible for ensuring the reliability and performance of all equipment, facilities, and grounds while managing a team of approximately 40 maintenance professionals across a 24/7 operation.

Key Responsibilities

Lead and manage the maintenance department, including hiring, training, and developing team members.
Oversee building systems, grounds, and facility operations.
Implement and maintain preventive maintenance programs and TPM initiatives.
Ensure compliance with safety standards and regulatory requirements.
Coordinate maintenance activities to minimize production disruptions.
Manage departmental budgets and procurement of materials and spare parts.
Supervise external contractors and vendors for repairs and projects.
Track and report monthly maintenance activities and performance metrics.
Support facilities planning and space utilization.
Promote a culture of safety, accountability, and continuous improvement.

Required Skills & Experience

5-7+ years experience in a management role over manufacturing maintenance and/or facilities
Experience leading manufacturing maintenance teams in industrial, aerospace, food, or pharmaceutical sectors
Proven leadership of 20+ personnel, preferably across multiple shifts
Bachelor’s in Engineering or related field OR HS diploma/GED with relevant management experience

Nice to Have Skills & Experience

Six Sigma Green Belt certification.
Experience in high-tech manufacturing environments (e.g., aerospace, automotive, etc.).
