Job Description
Insight Global is hiring a Workday Business Analyst/Scrum Master to support HR IT initiatives for a leading global consumer healthcare company. This hybrid role, based in Bangalore, India, will support ongoing Workday Business-as-Usual (BAU) operations, including system upgrades, new module rollouts, and enhancement requests. The BA/Scrum Master will be responsible for documenting business processes and requirements in Business Requirements Documents (BRDs), translating stakeholder and user needs into actionable user stories, and managing Agile ceremonies such as sprint planning, daily stand-ups, retrospectives, and demos. The role involves tracking sprint metrics—including velocity, burndown, and milestone progress—updating release notes, and ensuring alignment across HR, IT, and vendor teams. The ideal candidate will be proactive in identifying and resolving blockers, maintaining delivery momentum, and collaborating effectively in a fast-paced, cross-functional environment.

Required Skills & Experience
5+ years of experience in a Business Analyst role, with exposure to technical implementation/integrations.
Previous Scrum Master experience, with proven ability to streamline workflows and user stories in Jira.
Prior experience supporting Workday module enhancements, with a strong preference for Workday HCM.
Excellent BRD documentation skills and English communication.
A proactive, self-starter mindset—able to track progress, coordinate across teams, and proactively identify and eliminate bottlenecks.
Nice to Have Skills & Experience
Exposure to Workday Recruit module.
Certified ScrumMaster (CSM) or equivalent Agile certification.
