Job Description
Insight Global is seeking a strategic and execution-oriented Business Architect to lead the development and implementation of a comprehensive playbook for end-to-end value streams (Plan to Produce, Make to Release, and OTC) within the supply chain organization. This role is pivotal in aligning business capabilities with enterprise goals, driving operational efficiency, and enabling scalable transformation. The Business Architect will develop a structured playbook that maps out end-to-end business value streams across functions and define key components including capabilities, processes, metrics, systems, and roles. They will collaborate with cross-functional stakeholders to ensure alignment with strategic objectives and education on measurable benchmarks. The Business Architect will also execute the playbook to build out the business architecture including leading the rollout of the playbook across business units and assess benchmarks to continuously refine the playbook based on feedback and outcomes.

Required Skills & Experience
- Bachelor's Degree in Business or related field
- 8+ years of Business Architecture experience
- Strong experience building playbooks and driving those playbooks through execution
- Experience supporting supply chain organizations (planning and manufacturing processes)
- Strong communication skills
