Job Description
A waste management company in New Jersey is looking for a Senior Sales Recruiter to join their team. This individual will be responsible for the full-life cycle recruiting for both sales and customer service roles within the organization. You will own building relationships with the hiring managers to understand their needs, provide market insights and schedule interviews throughout the process. This candidate will identify talent through online applications, search engines and referrals to meet the demands of the roles in a timely manner. You will also build rapport with the candidates to ensure they have a great candidate experience as you are representing the brand and reputation of the organization.
This is a full-time, hybrid job opportunity and requires being onsite 4 days a week in Teaneck, NJ.
Compensation:
$90,000 to $110,000 per year annual salary + 7% annual bonus.

Required Skills & Experience
-5+ years of full-life cycle recruiting on sales positions with commission structures
-Experience utilizing an ATS (iCIMS preferred)
-Proven track record of meeting and exceeding in a metrics based environment
