Job Description
The Virtualization NOC Engineer will be responsible for 24x7 monitoring of enterprise IT systems, networks, and applications, utilizing tools such as ServiceNow and AWS. Day-to-day tasks include incident response, L1/L2 troubleshooting, escalation management, and collaborating with global IT operations and engineering teams. The engineer will ensure SLA adherence, participate in continuous improvement initiatives, and support hybrid cloud environments while maintaining high standards of operational excellence.

Required Skills & Experience
Monitor and manage virtualization platforms (VMware vSphere/vCenter, Hyper-V, Citrix)
Troubleshoot virtual machines and hypervisors when incidents arise.
Support L1/L2 teams with escalations tied to VM/server issues.
ServiceNow and primarily AWS environment, but few apps on other clouds.
