Job Description

Overview: We are seeking experienced Technical Project Manager to lead infrastructure delivery initiatives supporting contact center environments. Ideal candidates will have a strong background in infrastructure programs and a deep understanding of enterprise processes, server builds, and network architecture.
Key Responsibilities:
• Lead and coordinate infrastructure delivery for internal and external contact center sites.
• Support a portfolio of ~90 projects focused on server delivery, EOL upgrades, and strategic build-outs.
• Partner with architects and systems engineers to design scalable infrastructure solutions.
• Oversee deployment of network services including circuits, switches, routers, firewalls, desktops, and phones.
• Drive server build pipelines and ensure alignment with enterprise standards.
• Collaborate with identity and network teams to define tasks and deliverables.
• Facilitate cross-functional coordination across engineering and operations teams.
• Ensure timely execution of infrastructure components supporting contact center applications.
Compensation: $55 - $65 per hour

Required Skills & Experience

• Proven experience as a TPM in infrastructure delivery
• Strong understanding of server builds, network components (routers, switches), and desktop infrastructure.
• Ability to manage complex programs without direct hands-on implementation—focus on coordination and execution.
• Experience working with architects and engineering teams to design and deliver solutions.
• Familiarity with deployment processes for network services and hardware.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.

Nice to Have Skills & Experience

• Experience supporting contact center technology environments.
• PMP or equivalent certification
