Job Description

Insight Global is supporting a large medical group in Marlton, NJ to hire a CAQH Credentialing Coordinator. A typical day for a CAQH Credentialing Coordinator begins by logging in and opening the master tracking sheet. The coordinator reviews expirable items such as licenses, DEA, and CE records, then moves on to processing monthly CAQH attestations to ensure all are completed within required timelines. Each coordinator manages a panel of roughly 300–350 providers, handling updates for existing clinicians and processing new provider onboarding using DocuSign for required documentation. Throughout the day, the coordinator communicates with medical affairs and payer credentialing teams to address specific expirable items and ensure all credentialing data remains accurate and up to date.

This role is responsible for coordinating compliance and accuracy of clinician information in the CAQH and PECOS databases for VMG clinicians, ensuring timely recredentialing and billing capability. Key responsibilities include updating and attesting provider data, maintaining practice location information for ADA compliance, managing Medicare/Medicaid rosters, and facilitating quarterly payer audits. The coordinator will also process monthly CAQH attestations, onboard new providers, and handle basic data manipulation in Excel. The ideal candidate will work independently, demonstrate strong work ethic, and have prior successful remote work experience. Excellent communication and organizational skills are required, along with at least 3 years of credentialing or billing experience and strong knowledge of CAQH, NPI, and PECOS. All work is electronic and all necessary equipment will be provided. The team currently consists of 3 coordinators, 1 specialist, 1 supervisor, and the AVP of Physician Compliance. This is a hybrid role, 1 day per week onsite in Marlton NJ. Working schedule is flexible for optimal work life balance.

Required Skills & Experience

Must Haves:
• 3-5 years of experience in provider/ physician credentialing
• 3-5 years’ experience utilizing CAQH, NPI, & PECOS websites
• Ability to communicate efficiently with providers and work under pressure for clientele
• Proven dependability working in a remote setting, possess attention to detail, and strong customer service skills
• Basic excel skills
• High school Graduate or associate’s degree
