Job Description
Insight Global is seeking a detail-oriented and experienced Testing Analyst to support the implementation, enhancement, and maintenance of the Model N system for one of Data Solutions clients. This role will be responsible for designing and executing test plans and scripts, managing UAT cycles, and ensuring the system meets business requirements and quality standards. The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience with revenue management processes, particularly in contracts, chargebacks, and rebates testing within the Model N platform. This is a fully remote opportunity with no on-site requirements.
Responsibilities:
- Develop and execute detailed test plans, test cases, and test scripts for Model N system enhancements and configurations
- Validate system behavior related to contracts, chargebacks, and rebate processing
- Contribute to continuous improvement of testing processes and standards

Required Skills & Experience
5+ years of experience in software testing and UAT within Model N platform
Pharmaceutical industry experience
Experience with test management tools and defect tracking systems
Experience in contracts, chargebacks, and rebates processes within the pharmaceutical industry
Experience with pricing, contracting, and revenue recognition workflows
Knowledge of SQL and data validation techniques
Nice to Have Skills & Experience
Experience in strategy design—shaping testing approaches, optimizing UAT cycles, or aligning test coverage with broader business goals and system architecture
