Job Description

Insight Global is seeking a Voice Engineer to join our largest financial service client. This individual will lead the design, configuration, and certification of complex voice and collaboration systems across enterprise environments. Serve as the primary liaison between business units, vendors, and technical teams to ensure solutions align with strategic goals. There will be a large migration and the team needs a Voice engineer with a specialty in MS Teams Voice technology. This role is 3 days a week on-site in Jersey City.

Required Skills & Experience

• Bachelor’s in Engineering or Computer Science.
• 10+ years in voice/collaboration technologies, preferably in financial services.
• Expertise in Cisco Voice (CUCM, Unity, Webex), SIP trunking, SBCs, and session management.
• Strong knowledge of LAN/WAN, QoS, virtualization (VMware), and cloud environments.
• Familiarity with tools like Splunk, HPNA, Unimax, and Microsoft Teams Voice.
• Experience with automation/scripting for configuration management.
