Job Description
Our client is seeking a seasoned Tungsten TotalAgility Engineer to join its Professional Services team. This role will focus on designing and delivering custom solutions for clients using the Tungsten TotalAgility (TTA) platform. The ideal candidate will be hands-on, customer-facing, and able to jump into active projects with minimal ramp-up time.
Responsibilities:
Lead development and integration of solutions on the Tungsten TotalAgility platform for various customers
Participate in kickoff calls and coordinate project environments (customer-hosted or VM-based)
Build and deploy workflows, automate business processes, and manage case-based solutions
Collaborate directly with customers at their facilities to gather requirements and deliver solutions
Provide training and support for deployed solutions
Maintain and support solutions post-deployment (M&O support)
Manage up to three concurrent projects, depending on scope and complexity
Work within a collaborative team environment including Solution Architects, Supervisors, BAs, and PMs
Focus on solution design and development, with BA work completed prior to handoff

Required Skills & Experience
5+ years of hands-on experience with Tungsten TotalAgility, including deep knowledge of version 8.1
Strong background in workflow design, business process automation, and case management
Proficient in .NET (C#) and JavaScript for solution development
Experience integrating TTA with external systems via REST and SOAP APIs
Familiarity with SQL Server for data handling and reporting
Knowledge of KTA infrastructure setup, including both cloud and on-premise deployments
Experience with performance monitoring, tuning, and troubleshooting tools
