A client int he Hamburg NJ area is seeking a Site Manager for a direct hire opportunity. This position provides leadership for daily and strategic business processes including policy development, customer satisfaction and acquisition, operational improvement, production scheduling, staff selection and development, and facility/business growth and expansion. In conjunction with senior management, this role establishes challenging targets for improvement across all areas of the business. It provides leadership in operational scheduling by setting production priorities, while also maintaining and strengthening supply chain resources and vendor relationships. The position involves reviewing and reporting ongoing company performance to stakeholders and promoting a cooperative, harmonious, and successful work environment. It develops and manages standards for cost control, waste reduction, quality, and safety, and maintains production metrics for internal reporting. The role includes direct supervision of 4–6 positions and overall responsibility for the entire staff. Additionally, it involves analyzing internal and external data to make strategic planning recommendations and contributing significantly to business development processes and techniques.

Required Skills & Experience
Bachelors Degree or equivalent years of experience
5+ years of professional experience, with the last 3+ years in a Lead/Managerial role
Ability to read, analyze and interpret written documents
Ability to interpret technical charts and drawings
Ability to respond in a professional manner to common inquiries
Ability to prepare reports and business correspondence
