Job Description
-Support with analysis of throughput, delay reduction, queue management, and overall efficiency improvements.
-Provide quantitative assessments and visualizations to validate performance against baseline metrics and operational expectations.
-Generate actionable insights to inform system enhancements, procedural changes, or additional training needs.
-Collaborate with systems engineers and developers to ensure data logging and telemetry meet analysis requirements.
-Develop and deliver recurring and ad-hoc reports to program leadership, authorities, and industry partners.
-Contribute to the development of models that support predictive surface metering, queue estimation, and traffic flow optimization.
-Assist in evaluating model performance and recommending improvements based on historical data trends.
-Translate technical requirements into data products that support program goals and decision-making.

Required Skills & Experience
-Extensive experience in integrating, restoring, testing, and evaluating complex hardware and software systems.
-Proficient in working with advanced hardware platforms including TFDM, ERAM, STARS, and surface surveillance technologies.
-Skilled in configuring and maintaining server racks and executing comprehensive hardware integration processes.
