We are seeking a dynamic and experienced engineer to support and lead our Mechanical Integrity, Quality Assurance (MIQA), and Reliability Program. This role is essential to ensuring compliance with Process Safety Management (PSM) standards, regulatory requirements, and driving continuous improvement in reliability and safety across our operations.
Key Responsibilities
Lead MIQA and Reliability initiatives aligned with PSM standards
Maintain and train teams on the Site MIQA Manual
Integrate MIQA requirements into CMMS tools and workflows
Manage MIQA Heat Map and Action Plans to address gaps and drive improvements
Track and report MIQA performance metrics across site and business levels
Participate in incident investigations, PHAs, PSSRs, and MOC-T changes
Ensure QA and MI compliance in project management and inspection plans
Serve as a member of the Site PSM Committee, leading MI and QA elements
Collaborate cross-functionally to support real-time problem-solving and reliability assessments

3-5 years experience with Reliability, Process or Quality Engineering within manufacturing industry
Experience with Root Cause Analysis, CAPAs and risk management
Background with mechanical integrity, quality assurance, reliability assessments and continuous improvement
Bachelors Degree in Mechanical Engineering or related field
Mechanical Integrity Quality Assurance (MIQA) Experience
Reliability Program/Project Management experience
