Insight Global's Healthcare client is seeking an Application Analyst to join their IT department to provide technical and analytical support to their Ambulatory Application. The resource will be responsible for managing projects related to the application, identifying bugs, help with updates, and handle escalated support issues from users.
The Analyst should have PM/BA skills and be comfortable managing projects as well as working with stakeholders. They should also have technical skills and be able to troubleshoot the application as needed.

2-5 years of Ambulatory Application Support experience (Athena, Meditech, or Epic preferred)
Project Management & Business Analyst Skills
Experience gathering requirements, working with stakeholders, and end users
Strong troubleshooting skills to assist with escalated support issues and bugfixes
