We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Senior Consultant to coordinate and drive a set of Global Development Information Management initiatives. This individual will be responsible for coordinating program activities (under the leadership of the G-DIM LT) across internal stakeholders including senior leadership. Understand current state and capture information to synthesize into future state options for leadership. Conduct interviews, analyze inputs, and create meeting materials describing options and solutions that meet planning assumptions and guiding principles.
Leading stakeholder meetings to drive decisions.
Develop implementation plan for selected options and manage the transitions from current to future state. Deliver to program timelines and budgets; ensure on-time and within-scope delivery. Proactively identify and manage issues and risks. Prepare progress updates for senior leadership.

Bachelors degree in Life Sciences, Computer Science, or a related field; advanced degree preferred.
10+ years of experience in pharmaceutical R&D, clinical development and/or regulatory affairs, with technology program management and/or business transformation experience.
Program and change management experience in pharma.
Managing programs or projects involving clinical systems (e.g., EDC, CTMS, eTMF) and regulatory platforms (e.g., RIM, eCTD).
