Insight Global is seeking a Release Manager to join one of their top financial clients in the Tri-State area. These individuals will be joining the Salesforce Platform Engineering group within Information Technology. This individual will be assisting the current Release Manager with managing release schedules specific to the highly integrated Salesforce platform used across the enterprise. This person will help support and protect the current production environment. They will help plan, manage, and execute release cycles, including tracking release deliverables, coordinating quality processes (business certification, QA signoffs, governance approvals, and analysis from code quality tools), and executing release efforts in the production environment. In addition to BAU support, this person will work closely with additional technical teams to identify areas of improvement to the production environment and will also help improve deployment automation and increase the DevOps footprint in the current environment. This person should have a strong Release Management background specific to Salesforce, and have ideally helped drive improvement, automation or enhancement to the release and production environment. Experience with DevOps tools is highly desired to support future projects. This individual should also have the ability to work a flexible schedule -- this role will not exceed 40 hours per week but there may be some evening work here and there for release night implementations.
