Insight Global is looking for 2 Program Coordinators to oversee clinicians in their SATS (Specialized Addiction Treatment Services) Program at Newark NJ and New Brunswick NJ. They will be overseeing the clinical staff at each location including clinical supervision, managing daily operations of the unit, supporting goals and objectives of the program, hold individual and team meetings, etc. These individuals will also be responsible for a clinical caseload of 10-13 patients weekly, so the divide is 50% administrative and 50% clinical. This program is geared towards individuals 18+ years old that have addiction or co-occurring diagnoses. We are looking for a strong clinician with leadership experience to join this team as a Program Coordinator.

Required Skills & Experience
Must-haves
5+ years of post graduate experience in a Behavioral Health setting and 3+ years as an LPC or LCSW
1+ years of supervisory experience
Master’s Degree in mental health related field
Must have LCSW or LPC
Must have LCADC (Licensed Clinical Alcohol and Drug Counselor) and clinical experience treating co-occurring patients
Ability and credentialing to supervise clinicians
