Job Description
The Product Owner, SAP HR Corporate Systems will be responsible for leading the strategy, configuration, and support of the SAP HCM Organizational Management (OM) and Personnel Administration (PA) modules. This role is critical to managing the technical team of product engineers and enabling accurate and scalable HR data structures that support enterprise-wide HR processes and integrations. The ideal candidate will bring deep SAP HCM expertise, previous experience leading a group of engineers, ability to gather requirements, create testing roadmaps, strong analytical skills, and a collaborative mindset to deliver high-impact solutions across the HR landscape.
This role is hands-on and requires close partnership with HR stakeholders, IT teams, and external vendors to ensure system integrity, compliance, and continuous improvement.

Required Skills & Experience
· 7+ years of experience delivering SAP HR solutions, with a focus on Payroll and Timekeeping modules.
· Strong understanding of core HR data structures and employee lifecycle processes.
· Experience with SaaS HR platforms and integrations.
· Proficiency in requirements gathering, solution modeling, and technical documentation.
· Strong attention to detail and ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
· Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
