Job Description

We are seeking a skilled Medical Device Project Manager to support a leading pharmaceutical company in aligning and harmonizing complex project plans across manufacturing sites, technical development teams, and device quality functions. This role will play a critical part in ensuring consistent execution and visibility across initiatives related to combination products and device development. The ideal candidate has a strong background in project management within the medical device or pharmaceutical space and excels in driving cross-functional collaboration, risk scenario planning, and milestone tracking.

Key Responsibilities:
Project Harmonization:
Coordinate and consolidate project plans from multiple teams, including manufacturing, technical development, and device quality, to ensure consistency and alignment.
Milestone Tracking & Reporting:
Track key project milestones and deliverables, ensuring timely updates and progress visibility across all functions.
Risk Management & Scenario Planning:
Identify and assess project riskssuch as resource constraints, technical bottlenecks, or timeline delaysand develop mitigation strategies through structured scenario planning.
Stakeholder Engagement:
Lead cross-functional project meetings involving stakeholders from engineering, quality, supply chain, regulatory, and operations. Ensure alignment on priorities and timelines.

Required Skills & Experience

5+ years of project management experience in the medical device field (injectable products preferred)
Ability to consolidate project plans from multiple teams, including manufacturing, technical development, and device quality, to ensure consistency and alignment.
Risk management and scenario planning experience
Experience with ISO 13485 and related QMS Systems regulations
Experience in medical device packaging projects from subassembly and labeling, through final packing and send-off
