Job Description

Insight Global is seeking a Service Technician for a client specializing in security solutions, located in Wall Township, NJ. The team collaborates closely with the dispatch call center to address service issues related to commercial clients' CCTV, security, and access systems. Technicians typically handle 3-4 service calls daily. The ideal candidate will have extensive experience in security, fire, and life safety systems and be capable of working independently. Responsibilities include performing routine and emergency service calls, troubleshooting, replacing, and repairing malfunctioning or inoperative equipment.

The role is based in Wall, NJ, with dispatching duties covering the service territory from Middlesex County to Cape May, NJ.

This position comes with company vehicle.

Required Skills & Experience

-2 -5 years of experience troubleshooting commercial CCTV, and/or access control systems.
- Knowledge of Avigilon, OpenEye, Honeywell, Eagle Eye, Milestone or similar security systems
- Clean driving record to obtain company vehicle
- Ability to pass background

Nice to Have Skills & Experience

- Certifications (eagle eye, DMP, firelight, Hanwa, Wisenet, Honeywell, vista, Brivo, OpenEye)
- Knowledge/training on DMP product offerings
- Previous experience from Siemens, Simplex Security or Johnson Controls would be preferred
