Job Description

Insight Global is seeking a Program Manager to support the Corporate Technology team at a leading global consumer healthcare client. In this role, you will serve as the central point of coordination for the company's global job architecture transformation. Youll manage the master project plan, facilitate cross-functional alignment, and ensure timely delivery of key milestones leading up go-live next year. Your day will involve working closely with HR, IT, and external partners to track progress, mitigate risks, and drive decision-making. Youll also lead stakeholder engagement effortsnudging teams forward, resolving blockers, and ensuring that the transformation is not only delivered but adopted. Approximately 70% of your time will be focused on project execution, with the remaining 30% dedicated to stakeholder management and communication. This is a remote role and interested candidates must be willing to work EST hours.

Required Skills & Experience

7+ years of experience as a Program or Project Manager supporting HR or talent transformation initiatives.
Hands-on experience with Workday Core HCM, ideally involving job architecture or organizational design.
Proven success managing large-scale, cross-functional HR programs with global reach.
Strong command of project planning tools (e.g., Microsoft Project, Smartsheet, Jira).
Experience managing stakeholder engagement and executive-level reporting.
Demonstrated ability to drive accountability and alignment across complex workstreams.

Nice to Have Skills & Experience

Familiarity with Workday Recruit and/or LMS platforms (e.g., SuccessFactors Learning).
Experience with skills strategy or mapping functional skills to job profiles.
Background in SAP or similar enterprise HR systems.
PMP or Agile certification.
