We are looking for an experienced Application Developer with a strong background in Genesys Cloud CX to design, implement, and optimize multichannel self-service and omnichannel orchestration routing solutions. The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience with both voice and non-voice channels and a deep understanding of Genesys Cloud CX architecture and integrations.
Responsibilities:
Design and implement multichannel self-service/IVR and omnichannel routing solutions using Genesys Cloud CX.
Develop and maintain applications across voice and non-voice channels (SMS, Email, Chat, Voice Bot, etc.).
Integrate Genesys Cloud CX with internal and external systems.
Deliver self-service and analytics solutions using speech-based interfaces and dynamic menus.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to align customer treatment strategies with technical implementations.

Genesys Cloud APIs
Proven experience delivering speech-enabled self-service and analytics solutions.
Genesys Cloud CX certification in one or more areas (Inbound,
Outbound, Multi-channel, Desktop, Integration, Recording, Reporting, etc.).
