We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Sr. Business Analyst to support the product management team focused on customer experience. This person will be responsible for documenting requirements from key stakeholders regarding custom application enhancements as well as redesigning of current applications to meet future product needs. They will see through the PM stage gate process from phase 1-3 ensuring seamless execution and working closely with a third party vendor to create accurate designs. Documents they will be responsible for creating include - process flows, user stories, mock ups, and wireframes. This person will be working in an agile environment and be expected to partake in JIT (joint integrating testing) and UAT testing. Please not this individual will not work directly with development team as there is a BSA that helps support and manage development execution of requirements. As the team grows this person will be responsible for helping mentoring and train the new BA's and help build out a through onboarding process.
