Why Open: to help manage their Spectrum / Loftware environment there are multiple projects of migration from LPS to Spectrum.They are upgrading from Spectrum 4.2 to 5.1.
Ideal Candidate: Loftware experience OR enlabel experience (1 is a must have)
The ideal candidate will be located remotely in EST Timezone and would work with people based in India, Netherlands, UK, Switzerland/France, Belgium.
This individual will serve as the liaison between the support team (TCS in India) and our team. They will coordinate with the team in India to address incidents, problems, and other issues that need to be resolved for all projects targeting Spectrum, primarily conversions from LPS into Spectrum (migrations). That is mainly what they will do this year. Also doing an upgrade from 4.2 to 5.1, will kick off mid-year this person will help with that for Med Tech specifically.
40% support, 60% operations or maybe 50/50
No people management
They are hosting the solution in AWS (must have), using Windows, Tomcat, Java and Oracle EBS technologies they will be exposed to which is what Spectrum is currently using so if they have Spectrum they will have that experience

Ideal Candidate: Loftware experience OR enlabel experience (1 is a must have)
3-5 years experience with Loftware (they have products called Spectrum)
AWS Experience: Knowledge of architecture in the cloud because they will be operating the system & adding integrations in the system
Tomcat, Java, Oracle EBS
Labelling experience (Software Called enLabel)
Understand how labeling data flows between systems
Troubleshoot integration issues
- project management exp is always nice (they will have their own project manager for the role so they will not act as one) - Pharma or med device would be a plus
