Project: TANS (Talent Acquisition North Star) project
heavy in the US time zone – global and other regions (EMEA time zone)
Position Summary:
Support NA Local & Regional HR Services with Workday HCM, Recruit, and Security systems. Analyze data & system issues, provide solutions, and track change requests. Ensure global consistency and compliance in Workday processes. Focus on investigative, design, configuration, and support for system enhancements and maintenance.
Responsibilities:
• Partner with HR Services for Workday issues and initiate global issue management.
• Investigate and resolve data and process errors.
• Manage system issues and change requests, coordinate with user testing.
• Support Workday HCM releases and global data integrity audits.
• Handle complex data change requests and ensure data compliance.
• Compile and analyze operational metrics, recommend process improvements.
• Support system enhancements and maintenance, data gathering, and requirements.
• Collaborate with IT team for system enhancements.
• Help lead projects, deliver training, and develop documentation.
• Collaborate with customers, vendors, and service providers.
• Support case management, maintenance requests, and testing.
• Heavy focus on case management, investigative, enhancement, and maintenance requests.

Required Skills & Experience
Qualifications:
• 2-4 years of related experience
• Experience with Workday HCM Core, Workday Recruit, Time off and absence, Payroll, compensation, and security systems
• Experience in shared service environments and understanding of HR functional domains
• Proficiency in Excel, Jira, and Microsoft Office Suite
• Strong communication skills, and ability to handle stress and ambiguity.
