Job Description

We are seeking a detail-oriented and experienced Data Entry Specialist to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in gathering and inputting large data sets, as well as experience with inventory and equipment logging for one of our large Data Center clients.

Key Responsibilities:
• Gather, compile, and input large volumes of data accurately and efficiently.
• Maintain and update inventory records, ensuring all equipment is logged correctly.
• Verify data for accuracy and completeness.
• Generate reports and summaries based on collected data.
• Collaborate with other departments to ensure data integrity and consistency.
• Perform regular audits to ensure data quality.

Required Skills & Experience

• 5+ years of experience in a Data Entry role
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, especially Excel.
• Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
• Excellent organizational and time management skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Familiarity with inventory management systems.
